Move over Tesla, the Fisker Automotive's Karma is gearing for first place in the sports-hybrid market. The car features 0-60 in less than 6 seconds (0-100 km/h 6 seconds), plug-in hybrid technology Q DRIVE, and a top speed beyond 125 mph (200 km/h).
Maximum torque available from 0 mph with a dramatic acceleration to its top speed. The driver will be able to select between two modes of driving. The first mode is Stealth Drive, which is the quiet economy mode for optimal relaxed and efficient driving. By flipping the second paddle behind the steering wheel, the car will switch to Sport Drive, which will access the full power of the vehicle. Regenerative brakes recapture braking energy and help recharge the car. It's low center of gravity provides optimal sport vehicle driving dynamics. One drawback: the range is around 50 miles. The estimated sreet price is around $80,000. Put it your Christmas list.
