BMW M3
Switching gears here’s the BMW M3. Not as fast as a Bugatti
Veyron. Not as many horses as a Lambo. And it won’t outbid Rolls at a Barrett
Jackson auction. But pound for pound, it’s the ultimate driving machine on the
planet. It’s been around since the 1980s, but the 2008 model is the one that
has Beamer-heads freaking out. The high-revving engine is a 4-liter V8 with
about 411 horsepower. You’re also looking at a carbon fiber roof and aluminum
suspension. So yeah, they’ve scaled back on power and shed some poundage. But
don’t worry they haven’t muffled the beasts growl. It’s just more about
precision and drivability. The perfectly-engineered sports car. And at a
sticker of sixty grand, you’ll have enough leftover to fly to Germany and kill
at the famous Nurburg Ring yourself.
